We are hiring a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Apprentice who is serious about learning a trade and growing long term. This entry level role is ideal for someone who takes pride in showing up on time, working hard, and being part of a team others can rely on. You will assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and general maintenance while learning to safely operate equipment and follow professional systems and safety standards.
We value reliability above experience and are willing to train the right person. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be consistent and punctual, able to perform physical work and lift 50 plus pounds, and comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions. We offer hands on training, a clear path for growth and pay increases, and a positive, faith based environment with opportunities to advance into leadership over time.
